Desert Nurture is a locally owned family business in Tucson, Arizona whose focus is on sustainable, natural, eco-friendly methods of landscaping. Our goal is to work with clients who want natural, holistic landscape care, free from chemicals such as herbicides, fertilizers, & pesticides.
Our mission is to bring the natural ways of the desert into our landscapes. To care for your yards the way that they need by using the proper techniques for your plants that won't cause harm or future problems. We listen to the requirements and goals you have for your yard and will give the best course of action to achieve them.
Doing landscaping work is more than just making a home or property look nice, its about doing something nice for the space and all those who inhabit it. Bringing out its natural beauty in a healthy way that allows it to flourish and your home to look and feel vibrant and amazing!
What makes us "Eco-Friendly"?
Natural Methods
We like to keep things simple, if it's not natural we don't use it. We do not use any harmful chemicals or sprays. What goes into our Earth stays there and we believe in sustainable practices. Therefore we do not use any unnatural products on your plants and landscapes.
Proper Plant Care
We also want to make sure your plants are getting proper care so they can thrive and be enjoyed. We will always give safe, honest guidance for your plants care. That means we will trim/fertilize plants properly and at the right time of year. We never over trim your plants and make the proper cuts to keep them healthy.
Honest Intentions
We pay attention to what needs to be done each visit and will advise correctly for you and your landscapes best interest. We use safe and proven techniques to maintain your landscapes the right way. As well, we will not cause any harm to any creatures on your property. We let all critters be, we all have a place in the eco-system and they have the right to enjoy living as well!
Recycle & Transplant
Any plants we remove are transplanted back to the Earth, whether that's planted back in the ground or reused for compost. We take all of our hauling waste to the green dump and do our best to recycle all items!

All of our services are eco-friendly, we have a strong commitment to protecting our homes and environment.
We do not use any chemicals, herbicides, or pesticides.
Nor do we harm any wildlife, we let all living beings -- be.
We believe in nurturing our plants & eco-system. All of the plants we remove are rehabilitated and transplanted back to the Earth or collected for green waste to recycle for compost. We recycle & rehome as much items as we can that's been collected from sites. As well as reuse containers or donate them to nurseries in need.
